• Hawthorne Home Improvement Program: Home improvement, home energy, emergency deferred funds available to people in Hawthorne
• Minneapolis Advantage: A program created to help potential buyers purchase a home in areas challenged by foreclosure and bring people back on the blocks by offering down payment assistance
• Pohlad Foundation Homebuyer Assistance Program: Financial assistance available to help people pay for closing costs and down payments when buying homes in a variety of NoMi neighborhoods
• Homeowner Incentive Programs: There are a variety of other programs available to help people purchase or renovate homes in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
